When I think of Aimee, I think of leadership, professionalism, strong work ethic, empathy, trustworthiness, sense of humor, talented, knowledgeable, compassion, drive... the list goes on and on. Her resume is very impressive, but more importantly, she also has the strengths to support her qualifications.”  Aimee has developed and implemented a comprehensive school counseling program for both Carpenter Elementary School and Shannon Elementary School in Monticello.  In addition to her many leadership roles, she is also a part of her district team that is receiving a District of Distinction award for their K-12 program implementation.

Congratulations Aimee, on your recognition as Iowa Elementary School Counselor of the Year!
