Pre-conference registration is included as an additional charge within the online registration form. For descriptions of the sessions, please visit the pre-conference page. The pre-conference cost is $25. Attendees may sit in on one or all sessions for this price. The pre-conference cost is in addition to the regular conference registration fees.  All pre-conference sessions will be held on Sunday from 2-6:15 PM.

Membership dues are not included in conference registration fees.

As a reminder, our membership year runs with the calendar year (January through December).

* CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY: 
--Full conference payment is collected from anyone who does not pay their registration fee and does not inform us they are cancelling their registration.
--A full refund will be given if we receive written cancellation at least 2 weeks (14 days) before the conference start date. 
--A 50% refund will be given if you cancel between 13 and 3 days prior to the conference start date.
--No refunds will be given if you cancel within 3 days of the conference start date.
