PO Policy:
If paying with a PO, please register yourself and send your invoice to your business office for payment. Registrations paid via PO must be received prior to November 5, 2022. If payment for a PO is not received, a late fee will be issued based on the following schedule:
1-30 days past due: $15 late fee
30 - 60 days past due: $30 late fee
60-90 days past due: $60 late fee
Pre-conference registration is an add-on within the regular registration form. For descriptions of the sessions, please visit the pre-conference page. The sessions are $50 each, in addition to the regular conference registration fees. All pre-conference sessions will be held on Sunday from 2-5 PM. There is also a "Pre-Conference Only" registration if you are registering for SUNDAY ONLY.

The Conference Hotel is located one block from the conference center and is connected to the conference site via the Skywalk.
Parking Information
Hilton Hotel Guests: For conference attendees staying at the Hilton Hotel, the Hilton hotel rate includes the cost of parking in the city lot. Included parking is ONLY AVAILABLE in the 5th and Keo garage (click here for map), attendees will not be permitted to park in the hotel lot without extra cost. To park, hotel guests will need to obtain chaser tickets from the front desk prior to leaving the parking garage. Upon exiting the garage, guests should put in the first ticket (from arrival) and then use the chaser ticket as payment to raise the arm for departure.
Non-Hilton Hotel Guests: For those attendees not staying at the Hilton Hotel, parking is not included. You will need to figure out your plan for parking and pay the accompanying fees. You may park in the Wells Fargo Arena-owned lots for $10 per entry (i.e. - if you park and leave, you will have to pay again upon re-entry) or you may select any nearby city lot.
Membership dues are not included in conference registration fees. If you need to renew your membership, please do that before you register for conference. If you are using a PO, you can put both items on the same PO as long as we receive the PO number in a timely manner.
* CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY:
--Full conference payment is collected from anyone who does not pay their registration fee and does not inform us they are cancelling their registration.
--A full refund will be given if we receive written cancellation at least 2 weeks (14 days) before the conference start date.
--A 50% refund will be given if you cancel between 13 and 3 days prior to the conference start date.
--No refunds will be given if you cancel within 3 days of the conference start date.
