Own Your Shift: Turn Your Season of Change into a Season of Possibility
We are all experiencing unprecedented change in our lives, work and in the world. The compound effect of all this change is causing extreme burnout, overwhelm, anxiety, and fear of the unknown. But what if instead we lean into change and utilize these transitions as a vessel for what is possible?
Tiffany’s Keynote will challenge the audience to dig deep as they explore personal, professional, and societal seasons of change.
Attendees will walk away from Tiffany’s talk knowing how to:
- Become resilient in times of transition
- Step boldly into the unknown with curiosity and confidence
- Access the greatest technology of all–their Body and Brain to move past fear, burnout, and unlock their true potential in times of disruption
- Use change to propel their lives, leadership and work forward.
- Tiffany will take the audience on a journey of re-discovery, helping them move through the blindspots of who they are and what they need in order to overcome the pitfalls of change, step into a place of possibility and move confidently into the next season of their life and work.

What You Oughta Know About Resilience: Exploring Connection, Separation, and Repair in Relationships
Relationships—everybody needs ‘em, yet they’re also what many learners (and adults) find stress- inducing! When school is filled with humans who are experiencing all kinds of feelings about these connections, well, it’s a lot, especially if you’re the school counselor trying to support everyone’s needs! School counselors will feel safe, seen, heard, and felt in this keynote presentation with fellow Iowa school counselor, trauma expert, author, and speaker, Ms. Jen Alexander. You'll leave with practical ideas you can use in the K-12 classroom, small group, or individual counseling setting that will help youth of all ages better understand how they engage in connections with others and improve their relationship skills too!
Breakout Session
Is Love Really All You Need?: Discovering K-12 Trauma-Informed School Counseling Interventions
