Attendee, Exhibitor, & Sponsor Cancellation Policies
- Full conference payment is collected from anyone who does not pay their registration fee and does not inform us they are cancelling their registration.
- A full refund will be given if we receive written cancellation at least 2 weeks (14 days) before the conference start date.
- A 50% refund will be given if you cancel between 13 and 3 days prior to the conference start date.
- No refunds will be given if you cancel within 3 days of the conference start date.
