Sheila Kinyon-Johnson

I am originally from Colorado and have had the opportunity to pursue my education at several outstanding institutions, including the University of Northern Colorado, the University of Alabama, and the University of Iowa. My academic journey has provided me with diverse experiences and perspectives that have shaped both my personal and professional growth. Along the way, I have worked in New Mexico and at Yellowstone National Park, experiences that allowed me to develop a strong work ethic while gaining an appreciation for different communities and the natural environment. These opportunities have strengthened my adaptability, problem-solving skills, and commitment to lifelong learning. Outside of my professional and academic pursuits, my greatest joy is my family. I am happily married and the proud mother of two boys, who inspire me every day to continue growing, learning, and striving to make a positive impact in both my career and my community.
