The Operations Team carries out the day-to-day work of the association. It is led by the Executive Director, who serves as the chief operating officer and liaison to the Governing Board. The Executive Director ensures that committees function efficiently and that programming, communication, and advocacy efforts align with the association’s strategic priorities.
