Governing Board

The Governing Board is composed of nine elected Directors who serve staggered three-year terms. Each year, new Directors are elected by the ISCA membership to maintain a full board of nine. Officers—including the Chair, Assistant Chair, Secretary, and Treasurer—are elected annually by the board from among its members.

Governing Board responsibilities include:

  • Setting organizational policy and direction

  • Upholding the mission and bylaws of ISCA

  • Providing strategic oversight of the Executive Director and Operations Team

  • Ensuring fiscal accountability and alignment with the association’s long-term goals

Directors must be professional members of both ISCA and ASCA. Directors may serve no more than two consecutive terms.
