The Governing Board is composed of nine elected Directors who serve staggered three-year terms. Each year, new Directors are elected by the ISCA membership to maintain a full board of nine. Officers—including the Chair, Assistant Chair, Secretary, and Treasurer—are elected annually by the board from among its members.
Governing Board responsibilities include:
Setting organizational policy and direction
Upholding the mission and bylaws of ISCA
Providing strategic oversight of the Executive Director and Operations Team
Ensuring fiscal accountability and alignment with the association’s long-term goals
Directors must be professional members of both ISCA and ASCA. Directors may serve no more than two consecutive terms.
