Dallas Vander Pol serves as the Conference Chair for the Iowa School Counselor Association (ISCA). She became involved with ISCA out of a desire to connect with and support school counselors across Iowa while advocating for the important role counselors play as leaders and advocates. Now in her 8th year as a school counselor, Dallas currently serves as an Elementary School Counselor in Newton. She is passionate about building meaningful relationships, supporting the whole child and creating a school environment where every student feels known, valued and empowered.

Outside of work, Dallas enjoys spending time with her husband, Ethan, and their two daughters, traveling, cheering on her girls at their activities, listening to 90s country music and making memories with family and friends.
